Facility

warehouse RAW MATERIAL & CUTTING

Raw material is procured from customer-approved OEM suppliers and verified through in-house metallurgical testing.

FIFO is maintained through bin card systems prior to cutting on NC circular saw machines, ensuring consistent weight control and process discipline.

Die Designing Facility
Division 02

Tool Room and Die Designing

Component quality begins at the design stage.

3D die modelling is carried out using SolidCAM, CREO-6, and NX.

A state-of-the-art tool room equipped with high-speed VMC machines enables precision die manufacturing for complex geometries.

Division 03

Heat Treatment

The in-house heat treatment facility comprises 4 furnaces with a processing capacity of 2 tonnes per hour.

Processes include:
Normalising | Iso-Annealing | Hardening | Tempering

All furnaces are monitored via SCADA systems and operated by trained technicians to ensure process consistency and repeatability.

Machining Facility

Advanced Machining Center

The machine shop is equipped with 70+ machines, delivering a monthly output of over 150,000 precision components. We have the capacity to make components using our 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis NC machines.

Deep Hole Drilling

Diameter capacity up to 32 mm with high-precision vertical stability for industrial-grade applications.

Pull-Type Broaching

Heavy duty 20 Tonne pull-type broaching machine facility for complex internal geometries.
